Theresia has been working as a public affairs professional for over 10 years working with various organizations in Canada and the United States to meet their strategic business objectives. She has comprehensive experience working with large-scale resource development projects that require development of a multi-disciplinary approach to public involvement.
Theresia has developed strategic communications plans, facilitated large meetings, and guided the roll-out of community initiatives for industry clients including BG Group, Naikun Wind Energy, Air Liquide, Enbridge, Coast Hotels, Translink, YVR Airport, BC Ferries and the University of British Columbia. She has worked for several First Nations including Kitsumkalum First Nation, Cheslatta Carrier Nation, and Coastal First Nations. Theresia has also assisted in the development and implementation of various political campaigns at local, provincial and federal levels.
Theresia holds a BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and an Associates Degree in Marketing Management, Public Relations from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Theresia is chair of the steering committee chair for the Canada Korea Foundation and is a committee member of the Canada Breast Cancer Foundation Wild Lilies Gala.
